Getting Started
When you book the service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go.
We currently service Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas!
A standard cleaning includes sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms/kitchen/living room and dusting. We offer extra services such as cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven. Those can be selected as addon’s when booking your service.
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.
We bring our own cleaning supplies, but if you have a special request for particular cleaning products to be used, please provide the products to our team member and we’ll be happy to use them instead.
Of course! Simply add the extra service desired when booking, respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.
Pricing & Policies
Yes. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your balance. At any time, you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

Log into your account at https://book-on-the-run.launch27.com/login and select “Forgot Password” and enter your email address, from there you will be prompted to complete a password reset.

Log into your account at https://book-on-the-run.launch27.com/login and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.
Simply go to our booking page and schedule your appointment online.
Trust & Safety
All of our professionals are interviewed in-person and required to pass a nationwide background check.
If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please let us know immediately, and we’ll be happy to resolve it.
We have three levels of security in place. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security, and credit card transactions are processed by stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, credit card information is not stored in our system. Rest assured, we take security very seriously.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We require you (or a representative on your behalf) to be present when the cleaning is complete. A walk-through of the area is required. If you are not satisfied with your service, our team member will touch-up any problem areas to your satisfaction.
